It’s a free 14-hour community music festival with the focus on the many diverse music styles and genres of Pittsburgh bands with the focus on Lawrenceville. It is considered to be the sister event to Art All Night. From Roots Rock to Electronic Dance and everything in between. The hours are noon-?
The event actually follows the evolution of music. The show highlights pre-world war 2 songs then goes through 50′s Rockabilly, 60′s Garage, 70′s Rock, 80′s Punk and then more contemporary sounds. So there is something for everyone in the community. Local vendors tables and refreshments will be available. It’s a music event unlike any other! The event is planned to be annual. The outdoor event is suitable for all ages and is bike friendly.
From noon-6pm, a vintage car show at Stinky’s on Hatfield St. by Trundle Manor featuring the best in local Creep Rods and spooky things with music by 50′s Rockabilly band, The Bessemers and The Jason Martinko Revue. Wandering magic and dancers and other performances TBA soon.
Perk me Up Coffee house(early day – 1-4pm)- Acoustic rock – Zach Schmitt and Broken Fences
Then from 4pm-9pm, Allegheny Cemetery grounds on Butler St in Lawrenceville. The area will be transformed into a stage with the help of Backstage Guitars.
